Since 2000 the company takes active part in construction business. Forthe period of three years our company is engaged in both repair and construction of villas and cottages. For this period we have constructed and handed on a "turn-key" basis 15 houses in Baku, Nabran and in other districts of Absheron peninsula. A great number of repair-building works is made. These villas are constructed in original style, each of them having its own distinctive features. These houses are built under view of seismic stability.

the project gets initially affirmed with the customers, all details are stipulated beforehand. The correct selection of design, and optimal combination of colors of rooms should be in harmony. High quality of construction work made by professionals, and also precise observance of terms of construction, have formed th positive image of the company among the potential clients. We do not want our client to alter or finish something after we complete our work, therefore atmosphere of trust is necessary.
